Send players their personal data #

When players request their data, you can use the Portal to generate a report for them. The report includes linked identity providers, social and game identities, order history, ban history, friends list, and accompanying PII (personally identifiable information). Once the report is ready you get a download link url that you can provide to the player. It should be noted that the link can only be used once.

The download link automatically expires after 7 days.

How to generate a report #

1. From the Portal, click Accounts.
2. Click on the relevant player name to view individual account information.
3. Under the Data Rights sub-tab click on the Request Personal Data.
4. When the status of the request is set to Ready click on the row to expand the side window.
5. Click the Copy Link button to copy the download link, and send this to the player.

Account deletion #

You can delete a player’s account from the Portal.

This process is irreversible. All PII is permanently removed and can not be retrieved from Pragma.

Delete an account in Operator Portal #

1. From the Portal, click Accounts.
2. Click on the relevant player name to view individual account information.
3. In the upper right, click Delete Account.
4. Enter the account discriminator and click Delete Account.
